Inspiration...
Inspired by my father and his wine making we just had to have a go ourselves, he makes lovely wine. Also our visit to California in 2004 Nappa Valley Winery, Rutherford Hill. We had lots of fun at the Wine tasting, the tour guide made us think of Magnum PI.
Elderberry Wine Aug 13.
Since I can remember my dad has had homemade wine for the dinner table on a Sunday for sunday lunch, you cant beat my dads homemade wine, he unfortunately can't have more then a small glass as is on tablets so he made this for my mum, now we have grown up obviously we love to help him drink it mainly for special occasions dad always opens one of his special bottles. It has become a bit of a chore lately for him to make it considering he is 80 next month. So Richard & I said that we would carry on the tradition, so here is dads lucky bucket!! Dad came over for a few days and got us started.
